I ve already beaten this area but never found a key to open it.

I went back to the high wall to check if i had missed anything and noticed there is a locked door and after searching the area i cant figure out how to open it. On the high wall of lothric under the second bonfire there is a locked door under the tower. It is in the room below the 2 assassins and in the actual room there is a halbert wielding hollow. I m aware there s another gate which says opens from inside that has a lift behind it im not talking about that one. It says it s locked what key is needed to open this. I ve opened the one that frees the npc but i am yet to open the other one which seems to have a switch operated lift.
